The Littles Director leads a healthy, relational, and spiritually engaging environment for children from birth through Pre-K, along with their volunteers and families. This role is about building people and culture, developing leaders, shepherding teams, and creating a consistent, excellent experience for every family who walks through our doors. This position will report to the Children's Pastor and help carry the vision for one of the most important front doors of our church.
